Collective bargaining consists of the process of negotiation between representatives of a trade union and employers (usually represented by management or, in some countries such as Austria, Sweden and the Netherlands, by an employers` organisation) on workers` conditions of employment, such as wages, working hours, working conditions, complaint procedures and the rights and obligations of trade unions. The parties often refer to the outcome of negotiations as a collective agreement (CBA) or a comprehensive employment contract (CBA). The contract shall be drawn up in a language which is fully comprehensible to the worker and shall be duly signed by the employer. The employer must keep a copy of the contract. [17] Negotiating or haggling is a kind of negotiation where the buyer and seller of a good or service discuss the price and exact nature of a transaction. If the negotiation results in an agreement on the terms, the transaction will take place. Trading is an alternative fixed price strategy. Optimally, if it costs the retailer nothing to engage and authorize negotiations, he can deduce the buyer`s willingness to spend. . . .
